Relaxing and easy to traverse! Didn't need much help but whenever we did the staff was sweet and accommodating. Thank you for a cozy, happy weekend. :)

No one responded to any texts or emails before check in or afterwards, even through the guest portal. The people staying across the hallway were blasting music until 4 am and there was no one we could call to address this. We didn’t feel comfortable going across the hall because earlier in the day we saw someone passed out in the grass by the pool area and smelled **** in multiple places around the grounds, and there is a mix of a crowd coming for the water park and mountain biking. The convenience store and guest services were supposed to be open daily at 7 am, and didn’t open until 8 am Sunday. No good coffee or breakfast options. The room was ok but the carpet was filthy.

Worth the trip The hotel is very nice. They do not have your standard front desk, instead they text you a link to their portal once your room is ready on the day you arrive. There you get your access code and room number. Parking is primarily in an underground garage, though there are a couple of handicapped spaces near the front door. Everything on site is cashless (store, restaurants, and bar). We stayed in a suite with balcony. It was a nice room, with kitchenette. The pool looked good, though I didn't use it. My wife tried it, but the water was cold ( in late July). Overall it was okay. I wasn't impressed by the food, service or prices at the Beer Garden. We were there off season for a wedding. I will say they did a fantastic job for the wedding!

Was given a room that had not been cleaned from the prior guests in the prior evening. Bed unmade and trash in room. Completely unprofessional and never happened at a hotel for me before.
